Welcome to Etchies Designs Returns & Exchanges Policy section. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@etchiesdesigns.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
